Hi,

I have pins from used and ori dash, enter pincode on used dash accepted but not allow channel 50 tomake adaptation to ecu. I waited almost 40 minutes but still channel 50 was ERROR on vcds

Any tips?

You must to have tool that read, whrite immo data (pin, mac, cs, .......). If dash is micronas after 2006y. you must to read flash and eeprom, to make working key.

I have smok full, but ori dash was vdo and donor is visteon so can't write sec data only. Smok have visteon learn key no need of flash

Use sec block helper and transfer data manually.

And why on the Earth someone will put Visteon dash if has Micronas. Visteon dash is nothing but junk.

Yugo45 in visteon can't see pin mac.... Crypted,and when change data in sec blok save button is grey, cant save changes

Can you post Sec block form micronas , and full read eeprom + sec block form Visteon.

Other option

Immo off ECU, write mileage and key to cluster change coding, straight forward way if the immo is not an issue for you.

Or get correct cluster VDO which is pretty cheap used and is easy job with immo on.

Ok hope will solve like this yugo45 said. Vdo chip but this is5th dash to same costumer, all have bad LCD issue

LCD can be replaced , they are available for Microonas dash.

I always replace Visteon dashes...... (channel 50 is gonna drive you mad....) they are crap ! :P VDO replacement always,,,!
but in your case mate ,,, just do immo off and write a key to dash,,, (preferably with bench programmer) all will be ok

Just buy new LCD and replace it if is that only problem.
Open cluster and see which LCD you have 2 ribbon or one ribbon cable .

But you said this is 5th dash that he replace , so 30eur X 5 = 150.Plus every time programing fee .
LCD is about 90 eur. And it is good for at least 5-7 years.
I do not see good math there .
