Toyota Immobox MCU 12850

I have Immobox toyota with H chip modules which have 12850 ic in them.I cant figure it out which company's ic is this.I want to read and write this ic and reprogram this ic but i cant find the tool to program this ic.I really need to know the tools and adapters needed for programming this ic.If anyone here is familiar with this ic please help me out i will be willing to buy atleast 100 pieces of this ic and its programmer with the adapters from who ever tells me.480908

this immobilizer ecu from toyota innova 2016 or hilux with chip H, the case that i met when all the keys lost, i can not do programming new key and so on, i have to replace with new computer, can friends here help, what programmer i can use to see this mcu data, thanks mate

Dear Bllinda .. the link that you put have no clear info for most of locksmith people here .. can you please explain in details what is your replay mean exactly ? the area of the eeprom missing the resistor R32 value ? do we need to ignore it ? what about the EEprom number ? the way to work this type ???? many questions need you to explain
