milleage opel corsa C 1.0 2001

Hi.
I want to change the mileage of this car. In the past I changed mileage desoldering eeprom in other vehicles, but this one has a processor and it is very complicated to desolder. I would like to know how I could do it via odb2, what programs and hardware would I need and the steps to follow.
I would be very pleased.

With what program do I have to operate?

you will get CD together with interface...install programm, run and select corresponding vehicle, than select IPC module (cluster), than you'll see eeprom manu..go inside, see real km and write new km. Exit programm :) that's all,

I was thinking, opcom only increase mileage. Will not decrease. Am i correct?
