read/write need help

hello guys i need to read and write MB E270 cdi w211 2002 year i have mpps v13 clone tool and galletto v54 clone can this ecu can be readed throuth OBD without problem and which tool is better for this ecu thanks!

i have china reworked not eu clone ,what about mpps can do this job or not with power battery charger in the car
