2012 impreza

I have a 2012 Impreza in miles and need to change in km. I try km/h cluster but car not start due to Immo. Someone could change a file in km in odo distance and I change the overlay for speed or could put Immo from old clusterin new in km/h?

this is the original in miles, need 74400 in km if possible and switch the speedo overlay
