I have one friend ,he use magic glass for this jobs.. ,this glass very expensive and automatic found disable functions in hexadecimal codes,you can buy,or do it yourself in years
you can see that glass photo in bottom :)

1. if you want to make it yourself its not easy,need read datasheets,understanding,after code-decode,some tools,can loggers in ecus,in cars,follow some datas,extract,,try,,try,,and found solution
2. you can use ready dumps / algo LIKE WE,all in here google now,10 year before only K line interface in google,but now all in there

first you need to read about immo how it works , you need to be good at sodering also , so my advice to you just read threads and you will learn also ask if u don't understand something
