See that R pin? bridging it to gnd resets it to 0, than you connect P and C1 to 12V, N to gnd and wait...

but check before that R pin is linked somehow to mcu, seems in your case pcb is missing some components there

I don't believe that there's anything missing because it was just like this when I got it. How can I change to fewer work hours?
