i think M30833FJ need more than RX TX,here is Target interface to M16C62/M16C80/M32C (M30624/M30625/M30800)
VCCS Positive supply voltage of target
BUSY Target CPU Busy signal output.
SCLK Target CPU Serial clock (input)
EPM EPM signal of target CPU
GND Common signal ground
RESET RESET signal of target system
CNVss Target CPU CNVss signal
TxD Target CPU Serial data output

In these DUMP is only COUNTER set to "0" , but no code disanled.Code is in MCU.
Any CALCULATOR for it ?

this is the method for read m32c interface schematic. connect RK7 to +12v .
-vdd with 100 ohom to cnvss
-rst with push to gnd
-pin 9 max232 to rx uc
- pin 8 max232 to tx uc
-gnd max232 to gnd uc
and the M16c flasher select type of uc in setting and uncheck erase all ,with com1 baudrat 9600
press connect and push reset button
the uc will connect and press read button and press ok
that s all.

What you mean under RK7? is this R7K resistor in series with the +12V of the power supply?

I have a solution to the problem!
1. Connect 9pin from max232 to Rx MCU
2.Connect 10 pin from max232 to Tx MCU
3. Gnd to Gnd
4.Connect DB9 connector to RS port
5. Start program "connect"
6. Connect power +12v to Radio (without resistor 4,7K Ohm)
7.Read MCU- I am happy!:dancing:
