GOLF 4 DASH PROBLEM

I HAVE A GOLF 4 RPM AND SPPED needles not working after a battery flat
finally i find the problem it is comming from 24c02 dump correpted
so i download a good dump for it and i swapped pin
now car work
just km begin from 0 km and cannot change it using obd

dash is motometer 1j0919880c mmo v11
need to repair km to 150 000km

i forgot to say when i read km via obd it show 86544km but in dash show 0km
