Hi friends. Posible someone can help me with syncro. I try to syncro with diagnostic tools but without sucess

I post the dumps (EWS2 and DME)

CAR: BMW E39, 1996 With 4.4 engine
EWS: 61.35-8 375840 HW03 SW02
DME: 0261203474
