range rover msa11 2.5td immo off

i have a range rover with immo problem.
sometimes start sometimes not, blocked by immo
i have tested some solution found on this forum, but nothing work
i have programmed left eeprom with a immo off file, i have remove left eeprom, nothing happened.
what it's wrong?
ecu is the one with 2 93c46 smd
