problems with hdd on d800

hi i just got a new 250gb hdd on friday fitted it internally records without any problems but when i try to watch any recordings it just turn into a green screen crashes and restarts any ideas what i am doing wrong please guys

I wonder what image you are using. May be an error in the image that crashes when trying to access the saved videos. Try changing the image and see. I'll vote for Nabilosat. Do let me know what fixed the problem.

i take it you initialised hdd first mate
usualy if it records it plays fine never heard of 800 crashing like that if you ftp into box you can read crash log and it should explain what has went wrong hope this helps mate

all i know that it is bootloader 11 with nabilosat image
