can't upload channel data on starview the box super

can someone please help im trying to upload my channel data on starview the box super with gtrom loader but keep getting upload failed i have the right cables as ive used it to download au fixes can anyone help please.

hit download then wait a few seconds then turn your box on from rear. might take a few attempts but should sort you out m8.

cheers maca58 worked a treat took about 7 or 8 goes but it finally worked this is gonna save me loads of work once again DK come up with the goods cheers

i got 8882 stack on my super usb box can any one help?

also i am having difficulty downloading i kept on changing the com ports, always get download failed! how do i verify that my box is connected with my PC?

yes... did you insert or remove usb stick while the box was powered up?? is so it is goosed....
