EWS3 incorrect random code

Hi SPECIALISTS!
I have BMW E46 2.0 petrol
Problem is lost keys. I bought EWS+KEY and put it to car. When I install it to car starter was work but engine not start because dme-ews was no synchronized. When i have a problem with synchronization I tried to rewrite keys and passcode from new EWS to old and then started stopped to work. But I have backup from my new EWS. When i write it starter dont work and EWS have error: RANDOM CODE INCORRECT.
I use carprog for rewriting keys and backup and PASOFT for synchro. Now I have INPA and thing that maybe all problem was to write ISN code to new EWS but now is too late :(
Here is dump from new EWS with 2 keys that I have.
Can You help me to solve problem?

Atached file should help for 'random code incorect error'

You have to write ISN from old EWS to new EWS and make alignment with diagnostic tool.
It is also possible to copy key data from new EWS to old.

why dont you just make a new key for the original ews with carprog?

Sorry MBI i posted wrong file - sorry my mistake, here is file from new EWS with 2 keys Please check file again for me. I see my mistake when i saw VIN in file from You.

YES mbi! Keys works again :) SUPER!
But dont know why I can't write ISN to new ews INPA show: ECU REJECTED :(
Can You write ISN from DME to file manually? ISN is C349?
