Dear colleges,

I am trying to make translation from any language to Russian for Volvo V50 HC9S12DG128 mask 0L85D.
In order to do that I have to change some parts the flash file.
The thing is, when I make some changes in the character map in the file, changes are not applied, when I upload the new file- character map stays the same- untouched as in original file. It seems that SMOK cannot write there or it has some kind of write protection. The funny part is that some changes are applied and some not in the file after upload. So after Russian (cyrilic) text is being entered in stead of original one, they appear on the dash in some other not understandable characters (when ignition key is turned on).
The files that SMOK reads/writes for HC9S12DG128 are 128kb, so not full 2MB.
Does anyone experience similar issues with SMOK?

PS: After a week SMOK support didn't solve my problem, so that is why I post here.

Thanks in advance!
