PSA 307 BSI corrupted

I need a virgin dump for bsi of a Peugeot 307 2002

BSI is :

HW : 9636760580F
Product : 9644098180 variant C
SW : 9647648380


BSI was working since 15 years, but one day, the battery has run down, virginized the BSI, I was able to reprogram the BSI with PP2000, but I put the wrong PIN code, so the car didn't start anymore.

With one friend, we try to change the EEPROM but nothing worked. We change the PIN CODE inside, put all FF, put FF only on VIN and PIN, tried a lot of things but no luck, it is like the EEPROM is corrupted, I can do nothing in PP2000. I can't reprogram the BSI, it says "feature not available for your calculator", I put an IMMO OFF on my ECU but no luck.

Even my original dump look like corrupted because in PP2000, i have ?????? for my VIN and for my SW version, I did not have that when I reprogrammed the BSI for the first time.
So I need a good virgin EEPROM for this BSI.

just erase vin area in bsi with the programer and then just make bsi adaptation
