replace engine ecu from Audi TT to Golf5

Hi friends. I need some help if possible. Original ecu is from Golf5 3.2 V6 ME 7.1.1 with eeprom 95160 and numbers are: 0 261 201 806 Bosch 022 906 032 KG.
Replacement ecu is from Audi TT R32 ME 7.1.1 with eeprom 95160 and numbers are: 0 261 201 450 Bosch 022 906 032 HJ. I need to transfer immo data from Golf 5 to Audi TT ecu. Both files from eprom are attached.

If i transfer only eeprom not work, flash i do not want to transfer because of ...
I can make immo off and car start but i want to immobilizer be active and in function.
