Please help to start toyota yaris 2005. green push button but not crank.

hello friends, someone can help me with a toyota yaris with push button that does not start and I made the bridge between pins 4 and 13 of obd for 30 minutes and one hour too. the push button turns green when you press the brake but dont crank.
Here I put the files of the ecu, certification ecu and immobox. they were read with a tl866 programmer and also with upa usb.
the scanner gives the code b2799.
if someone can verify please if the files are correct or can help me with an immo off.

For start need cluch and brake pedal.
Look cluch pedal switch.Same times its not work correctly.

When i press the brake pedal the push button go for orange to green. I think the switch its working

Yes because green light work with brake pedal not cluch and broblem diagnostik equipment not show eny trable by cluch.
Mate its just my experience.:)

open driver door, put a pit in obd pin 4 and 13, i did press push button, the car is in contact. i did wait 30 minutes. i take the pit, Nothing. same problem.

i did a new key whith fvdi, all the process is ok, green led in button, but not cranck. sorry for bad english.

Smart ecu is unknown version with tango read again also engine ecu is not sync in the upa file that you sent but the tl866 file engine ecu is sync read smart ecu again desolder and post all files and i will sync for you.

sorry friend, im begginer. i think that i did read selecting a wrong type of eprom. can you helpme to read correctly? i need to read 3 eprom s93c46 s93c66 and s93a66. in tl866 software i have a lot of option. i put here a screen. im not shure what to choose. sorry for bad english too.
i have upa usb too. In upa usb i cant find s93a66.

i have another smart ecu whit water damaged. here is the eprom file from this smart ecu. can you see this? i can use this memory too if it will work.

mabe its your programmers bro same thing but i dont know much about them i use orange carprog or xprog i even tried with zedfull and it says incorrect dump
