C5 Edc16C34 Ecu Problem

i have made DPF and EGR off for an EDC16C34 and flashed back file with BDM and now car has only 3000 RPM and give me this DTC P0603
Now i read car with KESSV2 EU Version as atteched file
Can somebody help me find out why car has only 3000 RPM?
