Hi please P0138 dtc off. The engine runs normal, only problem ist the error P0138

Use T8 suite friend, its open source software for this ECU

Try this, some tools read trionic 8 with the bytes swapped and T8 suite wont recognizes it, I switched the bytes, disabled the rear O2 diag in T8, did checksum and then switched the bytes back to match your tool.
This should stop your rear o2 reporting faults.
Clear any fault codes once flashed and then report if it works, no pass.

My memory is really vague but I think it's kess that reads them backwards, not sure why and if it makes a difference to any other tuning software but T8 suite wont recognize them, 2 secs to swap them in a hex editor.
