Ibiza 2002 instrument swap

Hello, I have swapped a faulty TRW dashboard (6L0920830.K041) in a 2002 Seat Ibiza 130 TDI with a more common VDO (6L0920801A). I have make immo off EDC15p+ with EDC15Calc, adjusted odometer and VIN in dashboard with vagcommander, and covered Immo lamp with tape. Now everything works, except tachometer and odometer. With VAG i checked tachometer stepped motor and it work fine but on road with diagnostic I can see speed in EDC15 but no in dashboard. Any suggestion?

I have restored new VDO dash eeprom as original but the problem persist. I don't have complete electric schema of this car but i think the speed signal is over CAN. Someone know if VDO 6L0920801A is compatible with the TRW dash? I attach the eeprom of the VDO dash
