How to read SKODA FABIA I 1C0909601A Crash sensor?

Hi!

I have a Skoda Fabia I crash sensor which is:

1C0909601 A
SME 5WK43123 VW51

I has a one airbag out?
How to read it on the board? I do have USB-UPA but do not have any connection to this Sensor. Can someone post it there?
Can I remove a failure also on VCDS or VAS-PC?

Vag k+can commander v.1.4 do it via obd, vcds you can try, Im not sure but you can try simple vag kkl cable with soft vag eeprom programmer 1.19 ...
What is the problem ? Internal error ?

For everyone who have this problem in future:
I used Carprog on bench and deleted crash data, then have dissconnected power supply, reconnected it and deleted fault codes.
