Opel astra ecu delco e83 ktag read problem

I need help with read this ecu. I use ktag clone 2.23 and I have error when read micro so I don't know is there ecu or ktag clone problem. I post photo with error.

today i try to clone the same ecu because it is out of server
original ecu is dead
i have a new ecu but i have a same error in reading????
some one have a solution please?

but my connecrion is ok
i have make the resisror whit cms resitor 472=4,7K HOM
my connection is ok
but i have a error during the read process??
i have ktag clone very good quality PCB purple european
