Return for repair [Sitemap]

Ok my HDMI isn't working on my box. It's been like that for a while now. I haven't bothered sending it back for repair but i want to send it back now. How do i go about sending it back. It's still under warranty. Thanks in advance ;)

If you have a gamertag attched to your windows live ID then you can track the repair.

Type in the console Serial number and you will receive a email with the UPS label to send it back with.

All you have to do is ring ups and give them your address.
