Avensis 2012 eeprom s93c66

Hi

i am having some problem reading an eprom from ecu immo box for 2012 avensis

Its a s93c66 cant see any make on it i have tried to read it under all options but is this a new type of eprom as i just can not get any sort of read on it at all

or do i need a special type of programmer?

upa usb, carprog, xtool, xpro and many others can read... what tool are you using to read it ?

I don’t think any eeprom in the Ecu but there’s is in Cluster Speedometer
