06 Buick LaCrosse - help with cluster and correction

I'm attempting to change mileage on this dash from a 06 lacrosse gm p/n: 15229683 and not having much luck powering it on to get original mileage. Does anyone have pin out to get mileage lit up?

I was able to connect tech2 and get back lights on but not the digital display :\

Also if anyone knows the correct bdm points before I pull the needles to check that would be helpful.

Pin 1 is ground, Pin 12 is battery, cluster woken up over Class2 line.

BDM pads right beside your thumb in the picture. Find ground and you can decipher the rest....

GND RESET 5V
BKGD XX XX

When you say wake up over the class 2 line, whats the process for that? I had tech2 hooked up and could never get the display lit. Is it done with tool or another way?

BCM wakes it up over the class2 data line, not sure how to do it on the bench. If a Tech2 will communicate with the cluster it may wake it up. :dontknow:

Yours has a tach so you may get it to show up by grounding Pin 22. That is the trip/odo button on the DIC.

Tech2 wouldn't wake it up. but 22 to ground did.

pin12: 12v
pin1: Gnd
pin22: Short to ground

bdm (as shown in picture)

GND - - BKGD
RST - -
+5v - -

If anyone could help with calculation.

Sorry, forgot the WORD has to change by a certain factor, give this a try

Yeah, you have to play around with the WORD that is repeated 40 times, in the bottom of the file instead of 5710 try 570d, 570f, 5711, etc.

This one is finicky.

Use this dump CLUSTER-15229683-9s12-unsec-eep(78908m).zip which is mention above and use Tachosoft - Buck_Allure. Put in km instead of miles. (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=491551&d=1512785670)
Works same on P/N 15792714 (speedo 0-140) and P/N 15229683 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=491551&d=1512785670) (speedo 0-120)
