hey mates,
can anybody tell me the algorithm in the 93S56 on a bmw 2000 e36 CAN? HW.01 SW 7.0 CAN 02.
I compared two files:
Top bin is ca. 999.999 km, second is ca. 182.912km.
Or can somebody adapt the km to 10.000 km ?
regards sepp0

try like this
1. read memory
2. byte swap
3. put mileage from tachosoft 23.1
4. byte swap
5. write dump to memory

Thanks pawel! It worked! swapped bytes and repeated the hex twice (tachosoft said only once, but after i repeated the hex values on 0x40 to 0x4C twice it worked!)
Tachosoft 1000km = 2930D0103E93 (swapped see bottom binary in comparison)
