I think your read is not good.
Try to read the TACHO EEPROM again and CAS

no Cas is FRM

Mate if car e91 its mean car have cas (cas2 or cas3 or cas3+) .
FRM its light/body modul its have to km .If you want to do all km in car FRM need to todo.If need only dash FRM no need necesassry just cas and dash.
Dash dump realy bad because no vin lication ,so read again this chip need desolder and read .
If chip ST 0D80WQ need replase this or spetcial high programmer for rewrite.
