BMW CAS3 SYNC CAS-DME NOT POSSIBLE

hi for all
i have the big problem with bmw serie 1 E89 2009-2010 the customer say me he lost key i make the key with avdi ori by obd but don't i put the cas and read the dump i make key but ke don't maybe the key i have is not good . i succeded make key by obd with original dump of but the car don't start in dme i have "ews manipulation" i make many a synchronisation with avdi he say me done but the car don't start always i have in dme "ews manipulation". i see the isn code but the isn in dme and is not the same in the cas the customer is LIAR i put the isn dme in cas but always the car don't start and the fault in dme. what i do for the car start i make a new key because i change isn in cas i post pîcture the read isn with avdi thanks for you help

you tried with offline or online version for key making ?
With new key , Accept key in to holder ?
Disconnect battery 5 min then Sync CAS-ELV and CAS-DME
Do you have ori dump CAS (Before key making ) ?

you have crypto cas probably
that's why it's not the same isn dme & cas

i tried offline and online for sync
first time when i try to program key i make by obd but don't work i have the message not working key . i put the cas read make key with tag key tool the key not work but remote work i make a transponder by obd with cas dump work good but the car not start i verify isn after make key (the isn not corresponding) . i put isn dme in cas is good is the same now but when i make sync he say me done but always fault in dme "ews manipulation"

i don't know the customer say me i have all keys lost but it's not true after make key i verify isn and i see is not good now is good but start crank but no start

When making.key you need isn from dme. In your case it probabky will be msd msvd ecu. Only few tool can extract isn from this ecu on bench.

i see dme is edc17 or med17

Edc17 is dde diesels.
Look at ecu on petrol this year upto f series usualy msd msvd ecus

I solved my problem it’s my fault when you have cas3 encrypted avdi need isn of ecu you can’t make key by dump cas only hi make a transponder just only crank i reprogram another key with isn of ecu (edc17 in my car) with bmw online and isn of ecu and now is good thanks for all help member
