Pin code bsi peugeot 206

Hello everyone, i got a peugeot 206 2001 with a lost key, this car is manifactured without ecu,
there’s no eeprom in bsi only motorola chip where the pin is stored, do have only upa usb but dont have adapter and dont have pinout schema.
is there a way to get pin code from vin here, or pinout for bsi to read.
