FVDI 2 Problem For PSA and Renault

Hi there,
i have two units of PSA & Renault FVDI 2 from FLYOBD, and since one month i can't use them because it says device locked, i tried to update the program to the lastest version and now it updated both of the tools and gives me like 10254 days remaining and can't connect to the device.
Is there anyone having the same issue?
i contacted them but their support sucks and they say to send it back for repair. How can a firm kills its own devices in order to have them shipped back to them for repairing? sound weird to me.
If someone can help me reflash them or repair them would be really great.

Well, this is pretty normal for the company called FLY :panda: I'm not surprised about all this situation. It have been told hundred of times here not to deal with them as you will regret some day and voila.

Yes its an update wich went wrong fly wil fix it for you i sended mine hope wil get it soon fixed.

they locked the fvdi because of a fault in the server
thank god i bought from aliexpress and i had buyer protection
because after 5 days from buying it locked and they said sent it back for repair
but i opened a disput and i got another tool without sending mine

also no problem with 2014 FVDI :D (no update option at all)
