vw passat bc imoo off problem

hello
i have passat immo off with magic motor sports
all working good car start
but problem
1] central lock not working
2] trunk not open
3] diesel lock not open
4] parking break not working

in all module error == anti thief active
i dont have old esl & esl data
i try with new esl with avdi but immo [25] not communacation
please any one help me
