Hi
I'm having a problem getting acess to my IP box 9000hd
Usb upgrade is showing Err 10 AND netupgrade Err79.
I don't know the Ip adress of the box.
How do I get access. Is it possible through serial?
I was having problems in activating the Conax sloths and tried downloading different images when it crashed.
I'm mostly interested in watching Canal digital scandinavia.
What is the best image for this?
I'm thinking about buying a conax cam but this should not be neccessary... or?

It's better to install through null modem cable and flashtools.
It's important to flash the Uboot (latest is 1.33)

Err 10 can come if your USB stick isn't properly formatted or the USB cable isn't properly connected.
If you upgrade with a stick always format with the HP USB storage format tool or something similar , this has to be done in FAT format.
The image has to be renamed to "usb_update.img"
The IP has to be set in the Box if you don't have a router, or through DHCP .

The login/pass depends on your Image. Please clarify what Image you are using ?

Conax isn't a problem, you need to install a softcam to emulate the hardware.

No need to buy anything else.
