genuine KESS V2 not working

anybody has any Idea what might be wrong with KESS V2, it is original tool and it is not accepting to access vehicle list.

Always cotact support first in case of geniue original tool...

its easy, when he use clone and he try connect to sever Alientech number IP is blocked, must use other internet connection and write to Alientech to unlock this number ip.
