Hello friends!
I have a problem with a VITO W639 MY2007. I can't turn the key in EZS. Locking-unloncking doors is working. The EZS is A639 545 05 08 with 1L02M mcus. The ESL is a motorola one and working properly.
I've some questions:
1. Is it possible to repair this EZS by replacing 1L02M with 2J74Y MCU?
2. I've read the R1 & R2 data(I read them as 2J74Y) with ETL08. I read R1 eeprom+flash data and R2 eeprom data only. I can't read flash even when heating R2 MCU. So I need a full working dump of R2.
3. Are the data I've read of R1 Full+ R2 eeprom correct?
Best Regards

Try this file, but first check key (coil).

Do you know if swapping 1L02M with 2J74Y works?

first of all if ezs seems working ( remote seems okay so...) check the key reader coil with a tester, does it seems to read the key when insert?
If no signal than check the microwitch under coil, on vito and sprinter it fails a lot of times, can be replaced from other ezs or repair with very small wire.

Thank you for all this useful info! I've alredy checked all of them and they are OK.
When EZS is warm or hot, remote locking and unlocking is not working also and I'm not be able to diagnosis it(it seems to be dead). When it's cold, only locking unlocking and diagnosis are OK but key doesn't rotating.
I'm sure that the problem is on R2 mcu. So my question is if 2J74Y mask could replace 1L02M. I programmed both new 2J74Y with full dumps(those I've read from 1L02M and R2 flash I found somewhere in the forum), but EZS is completely dead with 2J74Y and I'm not sure if the problem is the compatibility between 2J74Y and 1L02M or the R2 flash data I've written.

I think the board PCB is faulty. Until now i never see 1L02M failing... most likely is the electronic board.
