Hello, I have an audi a3 bkd year 2004, the instrument panel is dead and it is not possible to read it, it is a vdo with 93c86 encrypted, I bought a used instrument panel and I tried to virginize it without success with fvdi, could someone help me? Thank you very much

forget swapping eeprom. it will not work.
You can try to learn used dash with vcds. If it fails you need to get CS, MAC and login from ECU and transfer to used dash
