I don’t think you’ll be able to flash your nxp it’s locked and needs to be replaced, there’s a solution here in forum that it’s with heat that way you’ll be able to unlock the chip but I didn’t tried.

Best way is to buy a empty nxp and try to flash using jlink or similar.

yes i do have bin aswell for new nxp, all repairs states to try sd card method first... will research that solution after i try sd card method first. i was also told for xprog5.0 to buy new atmega64 chip to update to new xprogm 5.5 but i did it without hassles so lets hope my luck dont run out lol. thanks for the info though. i have tried reading sd card and pics up as corrupt so hope its only that

make new sdcard 2-4 GB...not formated...use ksuite 2.08 and make again update....with the Update folder full with families...and before asking help here,use search buton...this problem is posted many times into this forum....also the real solution

Hello all !
For those who use the "custom CID method" with a CID programmable SD card "Samsung" or "Chinese" :

Here is a 7.020 SD card image identical to that of post 1, but I re-encrypted it with a much easier CID.
I did not generate this file with a manual solution, but with my own script.
Thanks to svvag2000 for the original image !

1) You just need to change your SD card CID to : 123456789ABCDEF123456789ABCDEF00
(For Samsung evo SD card : With "evoplus_cid" or "mmc32" under Linux or Android, with super user privileges).
(For China SD card : With the specific Chinese software).

2) Write this SD card image to your SD card with "ImageUSB" or "Win32 Disk Imager"

But I want to inform you that there are problems in the 16MB image version.

4GB SD image OK
"KTAG_7.020_SDcard.img"
08/01/2018 with size 3,76 Go (4 041 211 904 octets)
CRC32 : 11F61C9D

16MB SD image NOT OK
"7.020.img"
25/01/2018 with size 15,2 Mo (16 000 000 octets)
CRC32 : 8D607675

Example : Euro SD image __VS__ svvag2000 16MB SD image

So I advise you not to use the 16MB image because there are bugs in it.
Use the 4GB version instead, or use the Euro version.

I have a solution for a new card without changing the CID for KTAG, KESS and errors related to "External exception EEFFACE, Attention: unrecoverable error - program must be restarted, Checksum Error, Protocol not found, etc."
But you only want everything for free. To have something for free you have to bring something from yourself.

Read out min. 20 c14 ecus witout problems.
