DIGI PROG 3

hallo i have a digiprog 3 clone, today i tried a vw polo 2010 6r to change the mileage.
When i entries fifteen thousand it works, but everything above twenty thousand i get on the dash wher the trip is --- sign and when i trie again it showing wrong km on the digi prog like 665654.
does someone know what the problem is or have the same problems in the past.

it is a digiprog 3 v4.94.

first try to reset battery for 30min.
if not solved, then need to adjust mileage with other tool.
digiprog has bug for JC software of this car

I have tried a couple of times it does change the mileage, but when i change the mileage above fifteen thousand it does change the milleage only on the dash at the trip is showing ---
and when i drive the car is not couting the km, when i change it back to the fifteen thousand every things works ok. Is this problem on all vw ? or only JC ?

genuine digiprog 3 works perfect on this car, the problem is your cheap clone... Try with different tool m8.
