VOLVO S80 2000 and CEM - Flash 28F400 damaged. The CEM software is damaged. Structure week: 2000 09. I tried on older files eg 1999 48 and 2000 33. It does not work. Only on the 2000 16 file the dashboard and all the equipment of the car, the central lock, CCM, REM, DIM, UEM, everything works but the engine does not start. I make good immo synchro. Engine not start. Conclusion - the software works with the car equipment, but does not match the engine controller. It must be about structure week very close to the original 2000 09. Do you have a CEM file like this?

i have same probem and can't start volvo v70 2000year 2,3t 184kw, i will look what date is cem exactly

On Volvo 1999 and first months of 2000.
If CEM is broke, take a used with same number and program to virgen!
Then reload by Volvo Vida Online.
Early CEM get broken flash and you cant sync immo etc.
