Hi Guys
i have got myself in the poop and could do with a little help please.
basically i have killed a 07 906 016F EDC16U1 ecu off a 5ltr Toureg by picking up the soldering iron by the wrong end and throwingit down onto the bench knocking a resistor off,not realising and then powering it back up once i'd got the data i wanted for component security. i have now got no comms with the ecu and no crank
i have got a donor ecu and had the old one cloned over but when fitting it ODIS says it is ecu coded incorrectly, i have downloaded the flash files (came home as it took 3 hours!!!) as it appears ODIS doesn't want be anymore helpful at the moment and hopefully this will work. But if it doesn't im looking at viginising the ecu then coding it online.
does anyone have a good virgin file for one of these please?
