can some help unlock my hp 2170p laptop or
point to where the chip is located on the board

After you enter wrong password 3 times, you will receive code, enter that code here, I try to calculate master password... If you mean bios password....

after 3 wrong password, keyboard was displayed.

BIOS password just locks input after three failed trys to prevent brute force attack.
Power cycle the laptop (not just restart with ctrl+alt+del ) and you can input it again.
