View Full Version : 2010 Mini Cooper R56 Dme Change Used Cloned.

Hello I have a 2010 mini cooper R56 that I need to change the Dme I tried reading the old one with ktag and DimSportand cloning it but the isn Number needs to be changed in cas module. I have read the cas module withx prog MC9S12XDP12CAL and have the dump from it, also have the dump from the dme. but I tried loading it to isn tool and the cas .bin will load but the dme dump doesn't load it continues to say error. I tried reading it with Galletto and I have the same problem it is a bosch 17.2.2 tricore I read it with boot mode.
can anyone help me tha might have bmw explorer or autohex II to modify the cas dump with the new isn from replacement dme. I wold really appreciate it.

U have to read 32kb internal processor eeprom !!!
And tell u one more thing - u have to read old one dme eeprom to get isn from it, because your eeprom in cas is crypto !

There is no eeprom 32kb in it. Try with ktag (no galleto and ktm)

It is the same like before. I dont see isn in your files. U can try read like full backup - may be that way we will do something.

Please, save the Edm file (with ktag or Ktm100), if you have not modified the Cas, it does not matter, just modify the Ecu.
