Landcruiser 2014/15 km dump

I have a 2014/2015 landcruiser 4.5 V8 diesel , it’s currently running in miles but I need it to show Kilometers, it has a 93c86 eeprom inside , has anybody out there got a Km dump for this jeep ?

this 14 and 16 years diesel km, but you need look for canadian variant
