Hi everyone,

I am doing now immo off for simos pcr2.1

Now i buyed Julie immo off emulator (see youtube :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2MkMKM1UX0&feature=youtu.be

Now there is inside L9637d eeprom. But in this video they will use another 24C02 eeprom. Does i need new one?
Or can i use L9637d??

I have 24c02 from MSA15, o do the same thing in video (change values)
But file size is difference, in the video they wil use 8X16, in mine 24C02 from msa15 there is 16 X16
Can i use it? See picture of size adres

You can test it by wiring the ecu on bench after making emulator modification. If you have success emulators blue led will blink every 3rd second indicating that everything works ok. I used 24c04 with Julie and it worked fine.

Should be no problem using 24c04 instead 24c02, but you first need extract CS and MAC from the PCR2.1 ecu, then enter this data on the eeprom first cells. The data in the image is an example and of course will not unlock your PCR immo.

The L9637D is Monolithic bus driver with ISO 9141 interface not eep. I 'm not sure if eep from old msa will work sience julie emu is 3.3v powered and this old eeprom memory is 5v ( you need to check on your own -datasheet). 24c02 is 256x8 eep
