ranger 24c16 vin change

Hi can someone change vin reason being mileage not showing on cluster and vin is incorrect
VIN:AFANXXMJ2NCE56116 I see vin but not working VIN showing on car is AFANXXMJ2NCL62393

1º Vin has 17 digits and the 2nd only 14 digits.

I understand, that this is done by obd (j2534 online), because in addition to the eeprom, the flash must also be changed, if it is not done, there is the risk of loss of syncronization, and the problem that the km disappears.
