BMW e46 ENGINE SWAP NEED HELP

Hello, friends!

BMW 320D swapped on 330d. All wires and ECU also swapped.
But in donor was wit automatic gearbox, and now car has manual. In ECU I see that car is automatic and some related DTC.
How can I change automatic on manual so car would show me this DTC?
Should I upload new file with other SW? Code with bmw tools?

Think youll have to find Auto matched ECU, or try and code

i know years ago cloned a audi a5 ecu and was manual, guy sent auto Matched ecu - had to find ecu from AUto and all was ok

cant you change the VO of the donor car and recode the ECU and all other module..
