Land Rover Vogue 3.6 diesel sid 203 problem after dpf off

Hi!
I have a problem with a Land Rover Vogue 2008 3.6 diesel SID 203.
After dpf off with Swiftec, the car goes in limp mode and show these 2 errors:
P2465-00 Diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high (bank 2)
P2464-00 Diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low (bank 2)
The DPFs are empty and before dpf off, i got just this error that is cleared now:
P2459-ff Diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency
Can someone help me?

I had same problem yesterday with swiftec solution had to send to magic to fix the problem

Now after writing your file, instead of that 2 errors it shows
0x000 - watchdog reset
0x000 - watchdog reset
The car is still in limp mode when the dtcs set on. I can erase them, but after ~2 km are back.
