WV EDC16U1 Immo Off need

I need to turn of the immo off;

EDC16U1
95320 eeprom
2008 Transporters
Ecu replaced with used ecu.

Note: I try already with ecuvonix but it gives error, i dont know maybe the data is damaged or the tool not working well :-)
