clone cas3 ???

I need to change the cas3 of a bmw e90, cas3 0L15Y
key of the original are working, but in another workshop they damaged it.
here are the new and old readings.
Or do I just need to program from one to another?

Hi, you post here this 2 dumps "new" is Crypted and "read ok" is not Crypted...
From where are compunents removed from Key or Cas...?
When you wont clone Cas then you need full, flash and eeprom...
Also HW must be same, but this I dont neet to tell you...
