Problem with egr off golf 5 1.9 tdi

Hello to everyone i have problem with egr off file on edc 16u1 when i put egr off file in ecu car dont start and ecu is bricked i turn it off in histerisis maps i tried to make only dtc off but car dont start if i make some change to original file car dont start i even tried with original file with same software number and its the same problem what can be the problem when car dont start i put ecu on table and write on bdm

chks I guess....why you use bdm if you can read/write that ecu perfect on obd?

Calculated chks on winols and my tool calculates cheksum too i have turned off more than 100 egr valves on this type of ecu this but no problems i tried on obd and bdm i program ecu with galleto i used bdm bechause i bricked on obd with the modified file
